AIU Los Angeles – Fashion Design
Going to London to study fashion marketing and fashion show production, and then to Paris to study trend forecasting and styling with AIU was one of the best choices I've ever made! Europe is such a fascinating part of the world, and there is so much knowledge to be found at every turn in each amazing city. The streets are alive with history and with culture, and there are countless people to meet and things to do. The list of new experiences and adventures can be as long as the individual prefers, and it may or may not be hard to believe how much one can learn just by 'being a part of it all.' And education is the key to everything!
I am an active believer that knowledge is power, and that education is key to world peace and evolution. During my past terms enrolled at American InterContinental University, my mind has been filled with amazing and relevant information regarding the very world around me, the industry of fashion in which I would like to develop a future career, and more knowledge vis-à-vis the very functions of the human brain and how people work in society or in the marketplace. In other words, I have learned the major components as well as the small and special tricks to what makes the world (emphasis on the world of fashion) go round. Although I am only halfway through my journey, I am looking forward to continuing to be a part of a program in which my mind will be presented with opportunities to further grow through experience, such as study abroad, as well as through the insight of my teachers and mentors. Accomplishing my goals and obtaining my degree will allow me to learn and shape the individual that I am as well as my perspective on the world, and it can do the same for you!
There is a whole world out there, and seeing and learning about it are the first steps to making it a better place.
